You will receive a receipt for all OT Assessments/Consultations and OT sessions . Please  check your healthcare policy.   Some policies offer up to 75% off fees and some providers offer options to avail of a children only policy. 

A MED1 form can be submitted to revenue to claim tax relief on 20% of your expenses. 

An OT Assessment includes a full OT Assessment, written report and feedback phone consult to parents/guardians.

An OT Consultation includes a clinic appointment and feedback phone consult to parent/s/guardians/s.

If an OT Assessment is advised following OT consultation, the balance of €200 will be deducted from the OT Assessment fee .

Yes , you can directly refer your child for an OT Consultation. For all new referrals, an OT Consultation is advised to determine OT needs and appropriate therapy support plan.

Yes, parents/ guardian/s can remain in sessions with child and collaboration with parent/guardians is an integral part of OT support plan.

Yes you can claim a percentage of your OT fees back via submission of Med 1 form to revenue

Cancellation Policy

•       Cancellation up to two days before your appointment: No charge. 

•       Cancellation one day before your appointment: 50% of fee charged. 

•       Cancellation or failure to attend on day of appointment: Full fee charged
